Who is to blame for 20-29 bracket dying? Do not answer Blizz because that's already a given.

In my opinion from experience, I think 29's that believe it's necessary to premade against ungeared or geared level 20's or vet accounts killed the bracket. I have a 29 but I do not premade with more than 1 person. Winning against 20's isn't winning when you're 29 and in a premade.
