EU+US White items with stats????

I doubt they would give white boots the same stats as lvl 16 rare boots

Very strange, these stats are pretty good for low level toons. I would try to get these asap before blizzard does some dumb change and just removes the items instead

Are these items even obtainable? Or are they just database anomalies?

What's the min lvl to obtain, if possible?

They are from quest rewards, I doubt any is level 1 obtainable. Also, fun fact: if you're doing ironman challenge, they are BiS items atm (but risky, if they get patched to green it's GG ironman)

Boots require a Level 6, Bracers require a Level 7 to even accept the Quest.

Probably were greens and programming errors caused them to drop to white. It will eventually get fixed. They are still BoP too.

They have always been white. If you would have had the time to look through the items, you would have noticed a lot of comments on wowhead about how they want transmogrifiable versions of them.
