Which enchants for BoE shoulders?

I see many people having shoulder enchants on BoE items, but the MoP ones soulbind on use and you need a higher level to apply them, so is there an enchant out there that can go on boe shoulders that either can be applied by a 19 or won't soulbind?

Theres the 2 stam ones that can go on BoE. Otherwise they are using the same exploit people use to get the chants on dungeon shoulders

The list of 2 stam ones - Heavy Knothide Armor Kit, Borean Armor Kit, Heavy Borean Armor Kit, Heavy Savage Armor Kit

But yeah, you've basically got 2 stam as the only legit and useful enchant. Otherwise its exploited.
