Herod has HAVOC, N W A, Lumber Co Cartel, some pirate guild, Convergence, a few twink guilds on horde. A few on alliance too.

WSG at 19 has been active since it's release in early Phase 2. Queue times are longer late at night and during work hours of course.

Typical queue times seem to be about 5 minutes during prime time, up to 15 minutes at other times.
