US Whats up with the que times?

i am on bleeding hollow and area-52 the que timers never pop. anyone know why?

Theres a lot of info if you search but...

* BGs are separated again into xpon/xpoff
* 19s are sometimes getting BG pops in the evenings in the US (not sure on EU)
* queue for wsg only, not random
* blizz added level 19 epics, so lots of people farming those

Because the fact that my englisch is not getting better, and i love beeing on german realms: how about that que times is there an realm/pool where you get bg invites as F2P? Dit not get any wiser about the merged realms
