Whats the lowest level to get Evoker out of starting area?

Since we cant make lvl 10-11 Evokers, has anyone tested to see whats the lowest level you can get an evoker out of the starting area?

I didn't really try, but I think it might be 14, as you have to do many quests.

i saw a evoker with rather insane gear, that was due to the change where they started at 10 in TWW, was told this evoker was made during DF but never did the starter quests. when i asked this player about the gear, was at level 17

using two accounts which one player staying dead until quest turn ins, that should enable you to exit at a lower level than if you do the starter solo. do not use any BOAs

years backs, our guild did this with DKs that started at 55, we were able to exit DKs at 55 with all the final blue gear, to SW. this was done on the era before XP off to build a 59 or 60. was able to repeat this in CATA or MOP with some F2P accts for a limited time and turn off XP.

I don't think you can make it below 14. I got mine out at lvl 15, and only killed some mobs extra. If you want a lvl 10 or 11 wait for next remix.

if you got one out at 15 solo, i could see maybe getting one out at 12-13 using a second account which one of the two accounts would have to be subbed to do the invite

right now would be a bad time to try with the XP buff blizz has rolling
