What was the best 19 twink hunter race?

People seem pretty split on this, was wondering on what you guys think between nelf and dwarf

dwarf with eng gun due to + gun racial, eng made ammo is seriously good. if blizz follows classic dodge rules, shots can be dodged which also makes NE good since they have highest dodge in game

SM back then was rank 1 stealth, meaning you can see a NE in SM 10-15 yards, same as a combat rogue. a rogue with 3 points in improved stealth (sub tree) will be able to see a NE in SM and get openers with ease

you will be using Lil Timmy's (3%hit) with crafted shot on alliance and you should be missing 75% less (i would go 1impaspect 5crit 4impconc)
But playing a nelfem is more fun imo. you can use shadow meld in mid to eat/drink as you mid farm

I thought this to be true but another poster said boomstick. I would of thought the 2.6 speed from Timmy's would be better than Boomstick's 1.8.

Even Deadly Blunderbuss is better than Lovingly Crafted Boomstick. They're both shit though. You go with Lil Timmy's Peashooter for Alliance and Bow of Plunder for Horde.
