14/15. It's iLvL 6 Greens from 11+

yep, Optimally that's what you should be doing

15 Warrior is crazy fun, stupid dmg and almost unkillable. 15 Mage is great dmg but even with excellent gear is still squishy. I'd imagine a 15 BM Monk would be close to god mode for farming.

Guardian druid is ridiculous at 15 too, can solo instances easy too if that's your thing.

15 is most versatile yes
