Warband Bank Materials Unavailable?

With some rare free time, I subbed for a month pre-Christmas but am now back to unsubbed. (Though I wish I'd known about the three slot necklace restrictions or I would have been smarter with my time. :-( )

Before my sub ran out, I loaded my Warband Bank with some raw materials several of my alts may need while unsubbed.

I've just tried to craft something on one of my alts & am positive I have stocks of the raw materials in my Warband Bank, but I can't use them. I'm sure this was not the case for the last year.

Has this changed recently & I missed it, or have I screwed something up?

It was changed whenever they fully hid the warbank while unsubbed, forgot which patch that was.

Before you could still view it, now its fully blacked out.

Damn - ah well, it was fun while it lasted. Have to wait until I sub again to get my stuff.

There have historically been free weekends around the release of new expansions, so there's a good chance you can get stuff out when Midnight launches.

But yeah. In general, only put stuff in your warbank if you don't expect to need it until the next time you have game time.

Wait, just to be clear, you could craft from your Warbank previously with a F2P/Vet account even though you couldn't directly withdraw? I know I'm not imagining that part because I did it. But now that doesn't work anymore?

That's what I'm getting now. I know I put stuff in there as it was only on 23rd December, but I can't now craft with it.

blizz did several changes, first we had access, then when blocked but we could craft from warband, now that is blocked

i had some MOH in it, unsubbed i could buy from PVP vendors not sure if that is blocked now also

awhile back i put a link to a wow post where a PoS reported him/her self as hacking. because he/she could use warband on his F2P and should not be able to. this more than likely was a player on or surfs this forum. more than likely created a fresh F2P to make a point. there were others. green posters responded that it was not a hack. the unsubbed having access with the money spin, blizz jerked
