Warband Bank Distance Inhibitor for f2p

The guides in wowhead says the quest to unlock it should be automatically available when you login. I never saw this quest in f2p chars. Is it available to p2p only?

I have it on my f2p. Double check all your characters it probably only gave it to the first toon you logged in on after it became available

u mean pure f2p - not a vet with a high level char unlocked it already?

I can confirm this did not happen on my pure unlinked f2p account as I made sure to log into my main when I came back to WoW after a six month break. Nada.

Logged into my EU F2P to confirm and I have mail from "Blue" that I'm assuming would be this https://www.wowhead.com/item=228623/blues-request#starts but cannot confirm due to the whole no mail thing. Looks like the Warband Distance Inhib might be GFed for F2P that didnt go the quest during prepatch when it gave it to you automatically. Kinda fucked up of them tbh, best of luck with GM tickets

I remember when they first give us the warbank they also gave us free weekend, perhaps things are little bit fucked up now since everything is locked behind mailbox

Im not 100% but dont you just have to go to Gadgetzan and pick up the quest? I dont recall my f2p chars ever getting an autopop breadcrumbquest.

Last time I did this, quest was available only for the 1st toon that logged into patch 11.0. Had to go thru each character and take them to Gadgetzan until I found the one that could get the quest. It was a F2P acct that hadn't logged on in the beginning of TWW patch.
