War Campaign at lvl 110?

How far are you able to go in the war campaign at lvl 110 if you have completed the war campaign on your lvl 120 main?

I've done all 3 War Campaigns on my 119. You can only do a couple of quests and that's it.
But you will have 4 followers at the end for your table. You can see my progress here:

They are kinda level locked so you won't get that far at 110

110 can only do the first 1. 114 and 116 will unlock the other two missions. At the end of the 116 mission you unlock island expeditions for your account and or for your faction on said account. I don't have a horde @ 110+ so idk if my alliance unlocked them for horde. I also don't actually know if it's account or server based.

can confirm, my 110 is stuck at one, with a level restriction of 114 to start next, as per war campaign tooltip.
