There are a few people who'd be great choices, definitely adding one to all the @necroaqua nominations though.

His guides speak for themselves, but the extra time and effort he puts in helping people on top of those is the difference maker. All of his posts are constructive, both on the site and the discord (really impressive since it's a cesspool a lot of the time tbh). He might do more for new twinks than the rest of the site combined. No elitism, no impatience, no BS, always friendly and helpful. He doesn't just answer peoples' questions, he actually teaches them. He provides facts, directs people to resources (or writes them if they don't exist), and shares gearing options, making sure people have the information and tools they need to learn how to twink.

The help that he offers on topics he doesn't know well is underappreciated too, he does much more than write guides here.
