EU+US Voidtalon of the Dark Star

Hi everyone,

I was wondering if it is possible to loot the Voidtalon of the Dark Star mount from Draenor on a level 20 character. The idea is:
- When the portal spawns to be able to click on it and eventually enter the scenario and loot the mount
- The mount requires level 40 to be learned though you can loot it on some less important lvl 20 character and eventually once you pay again for game time to level that character quickly to 40 and learn it.

There are some hostile mobs-free camp points in Spires of Arak. Has anyone tried to do this or heard of someone who has done it ? The main question would be if a level 20 character is able to use the portal and loot the mount.

If you click the portal in a party you can't get into the scenario and you get the mount in the mail, possible it works the same if you're lower level aswell.
