You're wearing LFH, which is significantly worse than Master Engineer's Goggles for pure survivability
You're also wearing a Furbolg Medicine Pouch which (RIP) no longer provides any stats if you're wearing it.
Voice Amp is an interesting pick - I haven't worn mine since Cata, but to each their own.
If you can fix the top 2 issues, I will add you.

Dont think you need full bis. theres a dude with cloak enchant and boar speed on the list.

My mage needs PvP Blue OH for +1 intellect. After that I would consider myself bis. I logged out in my set that is designed for premades with a healer. I have a bulkier, 1.9k hp set with green lens, glove reinforce, etc for queuing without a healer. Finally I have a near-bis FC set

Definitely works in duels, I haven't tested it exactly swapping enchants in BGs yet but I don't see any reason for it to be different there. I suppose it could be, there might still be some kind of underlying template system. The damage increase matched up exactly with scripts that show your current percentage. Gives you 3% scaled to 29 in BGs (2.6ish% outside for 20s).
