If it works like current 20 19 isn't really viable (can't Q with xpoff, you level to 20 if you leave it on without sub)

Shadow can do 1400 in 2 globals but shhh don't tell anyone. Sadly this pales in comparison to Arcane. People saying a 4 charge blast is doing 20% more than their max health.

Yea but you spend your insanity on Devouring Plague and Shadow Word Death might be BiS execute, it hits really hard.

Yeah they look nasty. Spammable slow as well... eugh

There's a fair few more interrupts in the bracket though, that's my only hope.

I've not tested anything on ptr, does BM and survival do decent damage? they look like they have enough kit to properly kite now.
