Just a question, as someone who has no interest in the PVE power of a 101 as i only pvp would a 99 or 101 be a better option to play?

I know that it currently it seems 101-109 are much faster than 99.
But with the 99 bracket most people dont have an artifact weapon meaning an increase in power.

They're not, they're wearing Legion World Epics that ''Scale with Level' from 98-100 and from 101+ they become 835+ iLvL. 98 = 740 iLvL, 99 = 746 iLvL and 100 is iirc 758 iLvL for the exact same items that at 101 will be 835 or higher.

Got 4 epics from killing lion seals on my 101, they were all 101(759), i'm thinking that its just the items that drop as lvl 101(835+) for 110s.
If you look after 110 versions of the twink items u can see that there aren't any with lvl 110 requirement, and by the fact that theres an abundance of 101 versions compared to other lvls, its pretty safe to assume this.

I can guarantee there are World Epics with 110 as the Level requirement. Those fit into the 'Scales with Level' category, and are low in %. The same can be said for 101's. I got my first World Epic while leveling my Hunter. He was 105 and I got a 101, 835 Ring. You do NOT have to be 110 for it to drop a as a 101, only lucky.
