Unable to que to Mechanar?

I am on a started edition account and using a level 20 char, while on chromie time for tbc, but still my dungeon finder does not show Mechanar. Does someone know how to fix this, or do I just need to solo the dungeon?

Solo it. There are a number of dungeons that you can enter at level 20, but can't queue for.

Youd need to either have a group manually get in there or solo it, also mechanar MIGHT need a friend who can fly, since it's in the air to summon or personally fly you up there.
