Twinking at level 19 'Rogue Subtlety'

Hey Guys (and girls?) :)

I'm new to these forums but I've found my way here through Wowhead.com :)
I was looking on how to twink a rogue at level 19. I'm really excited to be a twink once :p So, I'm level 19 and my spec is subtlety.
I could use some help on what to buy or what gear to get and enchants and such because each website is saying something different and as I don't know anything about it, I might get some wrong stuff from the AH etc .. (which I would spend a lot of gold on).
I'm hoping for some support on these forums and people who can help me in my quest of being a good twink :)
I'm NOT asking for gold, on the contrary, I would even pay for some help from professionals :)

Let me know if you can help me out or not :) Really looking forward to some specialised help :)

You need to get maximum item level, as that gives you stats these days. 2x the rocks for rings, and the neck which gives you 80ilvl, forgot what's it called. Also as a rogue you can get a 100ilvl mask by pickpocketing some draenor mobs. Other pieces can be looms or other stuff

So best thing to do is level it toward level 110 ? Than how can you be a twink when you're maximum level ?

he said item level. the higher item level the more stats you have in instanced pvp, although you don't gain that much stats from being bis compared to someone who just has an item in every slot

Oooh xD I'm sorry. Misread :) I'll have a look for it in a while. :) Thank you anyway for responding :)
If anyone has some more ideas or suggestions, I'm open to it :)
