EU+US Timewalking Timewarped Rewards

Randomly went to the Timeless Isle, and saw a bunch of activity around the central arena. After getting killed by 120s a few times, warped back to the Monk's HQ Monastery, used the default SW portal to turn off WM. Went back to Timeless Isle to visit https://www.wowhead.com/npc=118828/mistweaver-xia. The equipment she sells is Timewarped and scaled down to item level 24 for me (requires level 20). But in order to buy I must be level 90. Weird little scaling oversight. Would have been fun to have though.

More interestingly if you got some currency left you can unlock operation shieldwall / shadow pan assault reps. By buying single rep tocken for each.
Close to meaningless but still.

yea went through this with cata timewalking vendor i put in a ticket and the gm logged in to my account and said yea it scales but its not supposed to but i put a ticket in everytime for that one gm the doesnt gf
