Time of Day

We all know it matters because of time zones and different people's schedules, etc.
Being somewhat of a vamp, night owl, frequent insomniac, I find myself queueing PvP during
late night/early morning.
Being in a PST zone, I notice a lot of one faction has full groups versus 4-8 players often.
Also, the quality of players on my faction, Alliance, seems worse from about
11pm PST till around 8am or so.
Just an observation.
Probably, like I've heard a million times, Alliance is all kiddies and once it's past their bedtime ...
