EU+US Threat issues in BfA

Hey guys, getting back into PvE twinking at level 20 and the threat nerfs are very noticeable. I'm simply not holding aggro in dungeons the way I used to. It's almost (almost) Vanilla-ish, lol.

I'm thinking of building a threat+ set and seeing if that helps. What items / consumables / enchants are available at level 20 that could help with tank threat?

+2% to gloves via Armsman or Threat, that's about it afaik

Are you doing speed runs with your (twink) friends? Can you talk more specific about your threat problem?
Your class, pulls, goals etc.
