EU+US Thoughts on Siphoning?

Hey everyone -

Now that BFA has introduced some new enchants and scopes, how does Siphoning hold up in this bracket? In particular on a tank or a class that dual wields.

It deppends how much it be scaled down.. And also i think crusader and ele wep are still better

I figured those 2 enchants would be difficult to top. I think I had around 8.5% leech (2H weapon with siphoning) at level 20.

Go for a tanky survival hunter with leech pet!

Until Crusader or Elemental force are scaled down more, nothing else matters... a good general rule.

I Have a 24 fury warrior with dual siphoning and it only leeches around 7-8hp, maybe a hunter with more leech? Can you put that chant onto a gun/bow?
