Does anybody know what character level you would have to be in order to recieve a level 20 epic blade of wizardry drop ?
i've been trying to do some testing but so far obviously the super rare drops are hard to obtain, i'm looking for a group of likeminded farmers to do some testing with in a hyperspawn location in outland using different level brackets.
