Thats what conzil says. Even if they do though, depending on the class rings with primaries would be more important (looking at some str damage builds) instead of the secondaries. Tanks might be better with the secondaries though, and this is my speculation. Agi/int classes are most likely better off with secondaries (restos fo sho)

We will have access to all Timewalking expansions, so you can farm WoD rings with primary if thats what you prefer :)
I know some people did some PTR testing trying to get procs, but no luck so far, they only did a few runs tho.
