It's one of three rares the mob can drop and it's even rarer for it to upgrade. I got mine after... 15? 20? kills.

That doesnt mean youll get it in that time. It could take you 50-60 kills. RNG gonna RNG

That's not too bad, considering how sick the weapon is. Both in the looks and in the strength

Only boots and mace are rare, shoulders are green. Mace also has lowest drop chance of the three.

8 days camping 2 chars, over 100+ kills, still no epic pacifier

I was setting up realm hops and by the 6th kill I got my first, and then an immediate hop for my 7th kill gave me the second one. Probably spent 2-3 hours and in the mean time I got 3 blue boots and 2 shoulders one blue and purp. God wanted me to have them.

I have over 40 kills (sadly no realm hops), got epic shoulders and boots, but the pacifier is a bit shy to show


update: it just dropped. 4 days farming, took me around 55 tries.

I farmed up 4 foamspittles in what seemed like no time compared to farming Pacifier... I'd much rather farm more foamspittles, honestly. The grind for Pacifier is more mind-numbing, not to mention people in stealth wait to snipe it. I've had Horde basically instakill it within 3 seconds and the people tabbed out didn't get to tag it. [Luckily, I was tabbed in at the time] Also have had Alliance snipe it 3 times as well. I'm about 20 kills in, nothing. I dumped 20 hrs on BH to try for a fifth Foamspittle, killed over 7k murlocs, not a single foamspit but Id much rather do that because at least it kept me busy lol.

I just got a second one this morning on us terokkar horde. Also at about 250 kills, and I already had bought 2 for my fury warrior.

It's all rng my man, you can't take it personally. If the farming stresses you out that bad, try and get an epic from questing, and park another 20 there to try and get the drops. Lo'grosh was a nonstop farm for the first 2 months of 8.1.5, but now it's much more reasonable that you can log on and he's spawned.
