I have 3 of these on spirestone that are just sitting in my bags... Imma hand these out to 10 twinks on my server that are geared. Are they any good for 10 twinks? Are they that rare?

Most people consider The One Ring BiS until you get the Dread Pirate ring. I however don't consider them BiS, but that's because my 10's have the GFd Ring of Scorn and I'll take the 3 stam over 1 agi/int/spr/str anyday. It's certainly a good ring now since Ring of Scorn and Minor Channeling Ring are no longer available and your only choices are the +1 int/spr, Dread Pirate Ring, The Horde Ghostlands wanted quest ring, and The One Ring at level 10.
