The Horseman's Reins, unattainable ?

I guess this has been asked already but just making sure, since the new dongeon finder thing, is this gonna be unattainable, or can you still sorta make your own group and try it ?

My Guess is they will give a bag or something like they have with coren that has a % chance to drop it.

ye Ok I see, read about that bag, so impossible for us, kinda sucks, and diminish the chances further for a people lambda has he only gets the droprate of his own bag, which mean less than 5% chances each year...
