Arena Master - Try to get one arena master as early as possible to get the quest xp out of the way. This is way more important for hunter since they need the xp for training pet.

10 - Hunter Pet Quest
14 - Tunic of Westfall
15 - Talbar Mantle
16 - Seal of Wrynn
16 - Engineer's Cloak
18 - Quiver of the Nightwatch/Bandolier
18 - Furbolg Wand (Optional)
Horde:
10 - Hunter Pet Quest
10-15 Tranquilen Rep Grind (Use a 60-70 to reduce kill xp) (Optional)
10 - Wingblade
15 - Talbar Mantle
15 - Trailblazer Boots
15 - Dawnblade (Grab during Tranquilen Grind)
15 - Tranquilen Champion's Cloak (Exalted Tranquilen Rep)
16 - Engineer's Cloak
16 - Grizzled Boots
18 - Screecher Belt
18 - Ghostly Mantle (Optional)
18 - Seal of Sylvanas(H)
19 - Runic Darkblade (Careful here with xp for pet. I do not know if this is even possible anymore if you want 19 pet(s) since the xp squish in TBC)
19 - Bow of Plunder (Optional, extreme caution planning for this if you want RDB and pet 19. Unsure if still possible with reduced xp in TBC from classic)
