Survivors Bag Of Coins Question.

I saw a Rogue in a 20-29 battleground, with the http://www.wowhead.com/item=94154/survivors-bag-of-coins buff, they didn't use the ability itself, but they had the buff, which means they had the item in their bags.

I do not know how this is possible, since you need to learn this spell to obtain the bag, http://www.wowhead.com/item=136803/dirty-tricks-vol-1-detection, which requires level 50 to learn.

I think the Rogues name was visual.

Can anybody help me on this? x

it used to be res lvl 25, but blizz made it req lvl 50 now

Can you use that item in PvP? or just PvE/WPvp?
can you use it whilst in combat?

Ability itself requires or atleast required flying mount skill back in WoD if i remember right. That's when i last time tried to use it on my rogue so could been changed.

i got this item back in mop before they changed glyphs and the level requirement. i cant use the item because i dont have flying which kinda sucks so its pretty much just for looks now but i can fill the bag up with coins

My 39 can use this ability. You just need to know how to get ammo for it.

You must pickpocket several humanoids to provide your bag with coins. 0nce you have coins, using the bag will propel you backwards from the aoe target you marked on the ground (like a reverse Leap ability).

Unsure if you can fill your bag prior to a bg and use it in a bg after.
