I keep hearing rumors of survival nerf when patch 7.2 comes out regards to increasing the level to access throwing axes ? is this true or not. Please provide evidence if so?

According to ptr.wowhead and ptr.wowdb talent still stays at 15. But maybe these talent calcs not updated for latest ptr builds.

unless they make every sv ability to do 120% less dmg in pvp and remove/nerf 40 yard charge, i cant see how they can fix it at this point.

Lets hope so.

Arcane is pretty powerful right now, but still requires more awareness and better positioning than survs, so I'd rather have a mage meta.
