While I commend you for created a Thread on the Official Forums, I'd suggest editing it to sound less whiny and instead be more constructive with the why and how Blizz shouldn't reduce the drop rate of World Epics or even buff them a tad. Take it from a person who got a temp Forum Ban for being even less constructive than your Thread
