I don't have the best genetics and I am natural, also only care about health and performance.

Respect to you for not fluff n puffing and actually being strong 495× 15 barbell back squat is every fat blahas dream.

It's fine guys I will stop posting selfies of me thinking I am muscular.

I have bad genetics for that I should just focus on strength and health.
