EU Summon to Kezan for quests

I'm not sure if the quest items from the Goblin starting areas can roll epic.
But if anyone on (EU) want to give it a try, i can summon you to Kezan (you have to race change to goblin in order to do any quests)

Weps seems decent. 2x daggers with 5agi/5stam and a 1hand mace with 5agi/5stam and a 2 hand axe with 11 str/11 stam 13-29 damage

Jealousy's edge seems interesting, the rest not really. I guess if your GFed character bummed out on every other dagger / 1hand it could be worth.

I may be mistaken; but didn't 7.3.5 put a Race restriction on those quests?

Should still be able to do them if you race change goblin havnt seen/heared otherwise?
