EU+US STV fishing tournament

The STV fishing tournament have been put on hold. I was wondering if anyone knows when it will return? I have farm tittle for many of my account in the past and since I have sold my account recently and made a new 29, I'm missing my salty title. Does anyone know when the tournament will be back?

On stream they said it will be back with next patch or something similar.
it will be redone and will be kinda a beta test of new world questing thing for old zones.
no idea if it will be available to lower levels.

Hopefully they bring back the old rewards but most of the time when blizzard remakes old content (dungeons etc) they make completely new RELEVANT rewards. They may see things such as the lucky fishing hat no longer relevant and add some 110 items but hopefully its the same rewards and maybe even a little easier.
