Starting a new 19 after over a year, need help :|

Right i haven't played Wow in over a year now, and thinking of playing again, all installed on my computer so i may aswell try it out, i've got boa back from wotlk etc but just want to know what the 19's are useless and what are half decent at playing as alot of things have changed since i last played.. Also wouldn't mind knowing of the main guilds/realms that are played nowadayss..
