Starter Edition Manifesto
This is a document which must be kept unaltered in order to provide the basic knowledge necessary to participate in World of Warcraft (WoW) Mist of Pandaria (MoP) as a Starter Edition regardless of the server/realm you are on.
It is important that all of these regulations are enforced as otherwise you will not be participating as a Starter Edition, therefore it is proper that anyone who does not participate in these regulations is excluded from the "Starter" qualification which implies that this player is not a Starter Edition player.
These rules are based loyally on the WoW Official Starter Edition limitations and restrictions of the year 2012-2013 (MoP) which are the entirety of the Starter Edition player, regardless of server/realm.
The regulations apply to the GAME ACCOUNT so if you already have a Game Account with characters, items and achievements that do not apply as Starter Edition you must create a new GAME ACCOUNT.
° The maximum level of a character on a Starter Edition game account is 20.
° The player must stop gaining experience by paying 10 gold at the NPC of his faction when he reaches level 20.
° The player can obtain more than 10 gold, but cannot use or receive bonuses at any time for any item that can be obtained for more than 10 gold (except for usable and obtainable Starter Edition items that are on auction or that a player sells to you by trading).
° The player cannot upgrade his primary professions (engineering, blacksmithing, leatherworking, enchanting, alchemy, tailoring) by more than 100p.
° The player cannot raise his secondary professions (mining, skinning, herbalism, etc.) by more than 100p.
° As there are profession quests in the Dark Moon Fair that unlock with 75p of profession and can make you exceed the Starter profession limit, it is recommended that you do not learn the maximum profession levels so that you do not exceed 75p for your Secondary and Primary professions (don't worry because the Rank 1 benefit of the secondary professions is given from 70p (75) of profession).
° Professions like cooking and fishing have no level limit, but you can't unlock levels that ask for more than 10 gold.
° If the server has any bugs, which allow you to get any kind of benefit, you must remove them.
° The monk class is forbidden
° Pet fights are prohibited
° The guild system is forbidden.
° You can trade with other players as long as you can get the items as Starter Edition Blizzlike (as it was on the official MoP servers).
° You will not be able to send, trade account bound items (like heirlooms).
° The profession of archaeology is forbidden.
° In-game bugs will be forbidden as long as they are aimed at rewards of any kind that are not Blizzlike.
We could make a more extensive document that includes all available MoP Starter Edition content, and we know that any player who has played this expansion will see the regulations and agree with them as they know how this expansion was and should be.
The server we recommend is TauriWow, specifically the realm of Evermoon, but you can play with these rules on any server that has Blizzlike content.
° Recommended servers:
Stable https://tauriwow.com/
Unstable https://pandaria.athenaswow-project.com/
