Hey, so I'm trying to twink a lvl 10 monk.
I have a few questions about this and twinking in general.
I saw a lvl 10 monk with this staff, but it said required level 18 to use? I was lvl 18 on my other toon at the time. The staff was also ilvl 44.
In order to get this staff to be this high of an ilvl do I need to be in chromie time? Or can I just go to the rare in present time or both and it will drop with this ilvl?
Also heard it can drop from the spitters if not the rare itself, but it's not likely.
I'm just curious if it will drop with that high of an ilvl when im lvl 10 and if i need to be in chromie time or present or if it doesnt matter, also how often can I kill him for loot?
