EU+US Stacking weapon chance on hit

So my 60 warrior uses The Jackhammer (https://www.wowhead.com/item=9423/the-jackhammer ) which is only useful for its chance on hit to give haste. Its extremely rare and I have an opportunity to buy a second one for my 60 fury warrior. Does anyone know if I can stack the buffs while dual wielding? Thanks!

I don't think it stacks no, but it would make your procc chance even higher ofc, considering you have 2 of them.

Yes you can. A 39 warrior had 2 of them and would 2x my wars dmg easy. When both proc he was at 50-60 haste.

Did he have 2 of the proccs at once tho? Cuz i have never seen that in my life.

Seems like i stand corrected, illeezz just told me they can double procc, it got changed in legion or bfa.
I'm just stuck in the past!
