Is Mograine a PvP server? 1k euro is about ~23k gold. If on a PvP server, I could see it being worth that, otherwise, a €15,- transfer is nothing and it's quite easy to grab gold on a random PvE server when it pops up for 5-15k.

EDIT: After months of searching, I can tell you that "it's quite easy" was quite incorrect. This is the rarest item in the game.
