Speed enchants

Which speed enchants (if any) stack.
It used to be only minor speed (boots) which stacked with the Gift (cloak) enchant.
Do they still stack; do any other boot enchants stack with the cloak enchant?

Good memory. Minor Speed stacks, and is the only boot enchant to do so. Hybrid boot enchants like Boar's Speed and Cat's Swiftness do not stack. They don't stack with gift enchants. They don't stack with NE passives. Or ghost wolf or cat/travel form or hunter cunning pet or a number of other things. For 29+, the AB boots also do not stack.
