I know this might seem obvious but I didn't think about this before today so I hope this helps someone.
If you are for an example a plate weaver then you might notice that you can't rly obtain high ilvl pieces on each slot. This also goes for rings. It is worth it to use a int ring or mail item in a slot since tha stamina and secondary stats are much more worth it than the 1-2 str you will gain as a low lvl. I won't be listing any specific items since you can find every piece of information you need from these forums.
