EU+US Some questions about transfering a lvl 20

1st question: Can i transfer a lvl 20 to a starter account?

2nd question: if i can't transfer a 20 to a starter account, can i just buy game time on the starter account, transfer him, and then let the sub run out? or do i need to purchase BFA on the account i'm transferring him to, since i have BFA on the account i'm transferring him from. My main account and the f2p account are on the same bnet btw

I don't think Blizz will generally allow transfering a toon to an unsubbed account. Maybe they would be lenient if that account was once paid. But if it's pure f2p, I highly doubt.

for the 2nd question, yea you can. I don't think u need bfa unless it's a toon thats over 110

Yes. You definitely cannot transfer from a BfA to a non-BfA. They never let you transfer "backwards".

edit- otherwise all the 110 would just transfer to legion accounts after gearing in BfA.
