The best druid in the world told me he was actually clearing mobs in gnomeregan to get to dark iron ambassador. It took me some 300 runs to get my +5/+6 and this is the run i came up with. Probably doable with any class from level 27ish, or whenever you have enough hp / cc / stealth. From level 27, the slimes wont aggro on you right after your jump, provided you walk there as soon as you zone in (one patrols into you, eventually).
