EU+US Socket and 3rd stat mythic BOEs

A shred of hope appeared on auction house. Mythic plate belt with socket and 3rd stat.
This doesn't mean mythic socket and leech cloth boots exist but it's great reassurance that me and Rosa are just getting unlucky finding them.
Been after these boots since beginning of xpack. Hope they show up

I know for fact that they exist because the #1 Lock back in WoD was kitted out with like 11 Sockets and everything had Tertiary.
