apparently some have popped so I’d say just queue then wait and do like duels or dungeons or whatever while you wait (this is 19s bracket that I’ve seen tho no clue about 20-29)

I was all day long in 19's Que today, about 8 hours, none popped for me tbh.
So maybe its the Serverpool or there are just none of players doing XP-OFF right now.
But what I can say is, the F2P 20's popping like every 5 min. ( But Dont know if I want to equip a F2P Char bcause, all my gear on my Vet is fucked, haha.)

on 19's im on EU, maybe thats why.
F2P EU and US - both are similar in Que times, EU even popping faster i would guess.
