Silvermoon upgrades to epic confirmed

Mate, upgrading once is great news for it then. That definitely opens the possibility of epic scaling, only time will tell I suppose.

I don't see any reason why you would assume it doesn't have a chance of Epic just because the one(s) you got were not.

Soothsayer is still better, secondaries are the same or 1 less than stam on the item. So at 19/20 ur only gonna get 12-13 total secondaries while soothsayer is 16v
