shoulder enchant usable at any lvl (swag only)

for those who didn't know, http://www.wowhead.com/item=128554/enchant-shoulder-boon-of-the-scavenger is usable at any level and can be applied to your legion invasion shoulders/any other shoulders. this is basically useless but it will add to your swag points so its worth it

I know, but didnt know there is someone with those equiped that many years after. Are they even increasing your ilvl when you do not meet the lvl req or its just for swag points ?

To my knowledge the Level req added was only the Quest turn in, so his should be GF'd. They'd likely be in red text if they were invalid to him. It's the same as Clean Room Boots from the Samaphlange Quest. That Quest used to have no Level req, but The Shattering changed it to Level 14. @Sponsor I believe still has one of those rewards, as do a few other 10's out there and they still work post Shattering even though the Quest req are now above Level 10.

There isn't any lvl req to turn in the quest, just lvl35 req to use, which means his boots count as a missing item slot. So he actually misses stats from having all his item slots filled and aditionally to that he also misses the 5% extra stats for having full leather. So yea...they suck

that's not my character, Zanasis has been 10 twinking for a LONG time and he has a lot of GF'ed gear across his many characters, like those boots.

Manaseeker enchant doesn't make an item soulbound, I've placed it on boe today. So it should be doable via trade, I guess.

While that may be true, is it really Swag having a completely useless Enchant on a BoA Shoulder when you could have an actual functional Enchant on it? The main point I discerned from the OP is that the Scavenger Enchant (the only non-Rep version) would add Swag to our currently Soulbound, BiS, non-Loom Shoulders that lower Level Twinks have.
