Aim to replace your Helm, Shoulders, and Chest first with Azerite gear, which have much higher Primary stat and Stamina than regular items would have at the same ilvl. Azerite armor from assault lootboxes can drop at 111ilvl, upgrade-able to 116. Start the process of upgrading the Void Focus to craft 125ilvl gear.

The upgrades to the anvil come from collecting quest currency, which can be obtained solely from pvp. You don't need any profession skill number to make/upgrade the Void Focus. Can be done at skill 1. If you plan on wearing any 125/135 helm crafted gear you should start the process of upgrading the Void Focus on your first day or 2 doing N'zoth assault content. High Prof level is needed to actually craft the gear though.
Engineering azerite helm is a nice perk if you have no access to high ilvl Azerite helm. The Engi helm is 130 and boosts to 135ilvl, just like any M Nyalotha helm from the first 10 bosses. Alchemy stone is nice. JC ring can help vers/mastery stack. Tailor/LW/BS make 2 Slots, but 1 slot of each prof is shared with a 140ilvl slot boss 11+12 M Nyalotha item, or 130ilvl raid BoE. Scrapping the item and Rerolling stats can be expensive, but can be done if you have the funds, to chase bis stat rolls. They all come socketed including the Alch stone.
10: Spend Coalescing Visions and Echoes of N'zoth on Horrific Vision runs. Read the whole guide below. Look for a max geared or even level 60 associate to help you. You can be full carried in these. You will be able to run 5 or 6 of them on your first day if you waited till the end of the cloak quests to open your 2 assault caches, and quickly level cape to rank 5-6.
This is mandatory solo/group Endgame content, bring consumables such as drums and health potions, and read BOTH guides below, and feel free to ask any questions about it also. 11: In the next 2-3 weeks, rank your Legendary Cloak up to r12-15 to add the 180 stat proc on it. Keep doing Heroic Darkshore when it cycles to your faction, 3-5 challenge-mask Vision runs for high ilvl gear, and weekly N'zoth Assaults and Emissary dailies to fish for Azerite Gear slots especially, which have a lot more Main Stat and stam than the Crafted SL greens and boes. At this point you’re done, and just waiting for N'yalotha raid to be more accessible, collecting the 220 quest currency for the Void Focus to craft 125ilvl gear, and searching for 130ilvl Nyalotha mythic BoEs with good stats, or 111/113ilvl Shadowlands green world BoEs that drop from a specific chest in Revendreth.
12: Wait for casual 60s to start doing Mythic Azshara and Mythic N'yalotha to get carried for max gear. (140ilvl drops from last 2 N'yalotha bosses, 130 from first 10. 110 Titanforge cap from Azshara)
13: Long term goal: Level your Heart of Azeroth to level 101, where it caps on ilvl at that point onwards at 155ilvl, the same ilvl as a rank 15 Legendary Cloak.

Account Wide Unlocks- You won’t need any requirements to unlock World Quests or Nazjatar on alts other than getting the Artifact Neck, and you’ll be able to skip almost all the long 8.3 scenarios.
