Shadowmourne BiS for a DK?

Hello, title kinda says it all, but I am wondering if the Shadowmourne is best in slot for a level 80 frost death knight twink.

Please let me know

I've tried so many weapons, both in PvP and PvE.
My 80 DK is perfect in my own eyes
