alright lets use our little thinkers here friends. Conveniently there seems to be about 3 spells at lvl 15 for most classes/specs . What else do we have at lvl 15 right now ? TALENTS soooooooooooo it would seem frost mage chooses betwen

If you wanted to get the most realistic picture for each spec

anything at lvl 1 will likely be relocated later so don't count on those.
just focus on spells with determined lvls and assume lvl 15 is talents

Dont forget about Haunt now requires level 15 (from 60). Fuck yea affi lock dream, the only classes I play at 100 are affi lock and resto/balance druid . Not going to get too excited yet because it could change.

i think a better format for this would be to only state the abilities each class has come legion to make it easier to digest.

From the looks of it a lot of the lvl 30 talents have been swapped with the lvl 15 ones and all the ability's that say req lvl 1 are yet to be decided and the lvl 100 talents are yet to be decided. All up there are a lot of good and bad changes, so many ability's just above 20 tho

Yea but I think its for the best. You look at displacer being essential, but i think this will make games better quality because druids cant just sprint across mid, they will rely on their team a bit more and the lvl 30 talents are really cool.

Priest flash heal is now limited to holy spec

Also, psychic scream cd going to 60s from 30

Forgot to mention that Penance now only does damage, unless you choose The Penitent (I'm assuming there are 3 talents you get to choose from that are different based on your spec) at 15. Disc also appears to get Mind Blast, holy does not. Resurrection is limited to Disc and Holy priests. PW:S is Disc/Shadow only and has a 6 second cd for both. SW is limited to Disc/Shadow. Holy talent Enduring Renewal seems to modify Renew, which is listed as above level 20 atm. I'm crossing my fingers hoping that renew drops in level req.

Big changes to priests, I'm pretty excited.
